A-Y 76 SECURITY TRAINING CENTER, INC. is the official name of Major A Shooting Range, as accredited by the Philippine National Police. Major A is the much-coveted athletic award of cadets of the Philippine Military Academy who excel in sports, and is most appropriate, the founders of the shooting range being all recipients of the said prestigious award.
